Playvora Terms of Service
By subscribing to Playvora (playvora.co.uk) you agree to the terms below. Playvora is an independent UK streaming-access service — we are not affiliated with Sky, Virgin Media, Netflix, or any other broadcaster or platform.
1. The service
Playvora provides paid access to an IPTV streaming platform that carries live TV channels and on-demand films and series. Plans start from £9.99/month. A free 24-hour trial is available on request via WhatsApp.
2. Acceptable use
You may use Playvora for private, household viewing on the number of simultaneous devices specified in your plan. You may not redistribute, rebroadcast, or resell your credentials. Sharing credentials outside your household is grounds for immediate termination without refund.
3. Payment and renewal
All plans are prepaid for the period you select (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). Playvora does not auto-renew. When your plan expires, access stops until you renew manually. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees because there is nothing to cancel.
4. Refund policy
See our separate Refund Policy page. The short version: we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases if the service fails to work on your device after we've attempted setup support.
5. Service availability
Playvora targets 99.9% uptime on a redundant server cluster. Individual channels may rotate, drop, or temporarily disappear when broadcasters change feeds — we replace them as quickly as possible. We are not liable for short interruptions, channel availability changes, or events outside our control (your broadband outage, device firmware updates, weather affecting satellite feeds upstream of us, etc.).
6. Limitation of liability
Playvora's total liability under these terms is capped at the amount you have paid Playvora in the most recent 12-month period. We exclude liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages to the extent permitted by UK law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to active subscribers. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
