Playvora Refund Policy

We want every Playvora subscriber to be happy with the service. This page sets out exactly when a refund is available and how to request one.

7-day money-back guarantee

First-time Playvora subscribers can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if:

• The service does not work on your device after we've attempted setup support via WhatsApp, and
• The problem is on our side (channels not loading, server unavailable, credentials not delivered), and
• You have not exceeded 10 hours of stream time on the credentials

If those conditions are met, we issue a full refund within 5 business days to the original payment method.

When refunds are not available

• You changed your mind after the service was set up and working — IPTV access is a digital good consumed on activation
• Your broadband is too slow for 4K streams — minimum 25 Mbps is required for HD/4K, see the troubleshooting guide for speed tests
• Specific channels you wanted are not included — channel availability changes due to upstream broadcaster decisions. We will help you find an alternative channel on the platform, but we cannot guarantee any single channel will be carried indefinitely
• You shared credentials and one of the simultaneous sessions stopped working
• Renewals — refunds apply to first-time purchases only. Plan changes mid-subscription are credited proportionally toward the new plan, not refunded

How to request a refund

WhatsApp our support team via the green button on any Playvora page, or email billing@playvora.co.uk with:

1. The email address used at checkout
2. The Stripe receipt or order number
3. A brief description of the problem and what setup steps you've already tried

We respond within 24 hours during UK business hours.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback before contacting us, we contest it with the platform proof of service delivery — please reach out to us first. Almost every complaint we receive is resolved in under 30 minutes by adjusting a server endpoint or sending fresh credentials.
