Playvora Privacy Policy

Playvora (playvora.co.uk) is operated by an independent UK streaming-access provider. We collect the minimum personal data required to deliver the service and we do not sell your data. This page explains exactly what we collect, why, and what control you have.

What we collect

• Email address and WhatsApp number — to deliver your IPTV credentials and provide support. Stored on our UK-hosted MySQL database.
• Payment details — processed directly by Stripe. We do not store your card number, CVV, or expiry. Stripe sends us a token (last 4 digits of the card and the brand) for reconciliation only.
• Connection logs — your IP address and device user-agent are logged when you stream. Retained for 14 days for anti-fraud and capacity planning, then purged.
• Site analytics — Google Analytics 4 if you have not opted out via cookie banner. Page views, referrer, country. No identifying personal data.

How we use it

Strictly to deliver the service: send credentials, answer support, prevent fraud (e.g. credential sharing flagging), and improve the product. We do not run advertising and we do not sell or pass your data to anyone other than the named processors below.

• Stripe — payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant)
• Hostinger — UK-hosted infrastructure for our database and streaming servers
• WhatsApp / Meta — support messaging (only when you message us first)
• Google Analytics 4 — anonymised site usage (opt-out via cookie banner)

Your rights under UK GDPR

• Right to access — request a copy of everything we hold about you
• Right to deletion — request full erasure (will terminate active subscription)
• Right to portability — request your data in a machine-readable format
• Right to object — opt out of analytics or any non-essential processing

Email privacy@playvora.co.uk with any UK GDPR request. We respond within 30 days.

Cookies

Playvora uses a session cookie for cart state, a preference cookie for your currency/language choice, and an analytics cookie (only if you consent via banner). No third-party advertising cookies.

Children

Playvora is intended for adult subscribers. We do not knowingly process data from anyone under 18. If a minor's data has been submitted, contact us for immediate deletion.
